if there gonna show it they shouldnt complain

If the woman is going to put cleavage out there for all to see..... I don't think they should complain, it's kind of like they want men looking at it. If they are dressed so that no cleavage is showing but a guy is looking at her breasts, she has a right to complain.... espeshaly if they are all he looks at.

if they are wearing something revealing there is a reason for it. They want you to look.

However, very important....... there is a difference about taking a respective look, and staring while slobbering.

Don't take more than a second glance, and make sure that you look them dead in the eye and smile when you get caught.

If you are with your Girlfriend, don't smile.

If your girlfriend catches you looking, and your GF has a nice rack, say "She shouldn't be showing them off unless they are as nice as yours", If your GF doesn't have a nice rack, say, "What a whore!" Then buy her a boob job. She will probably go out and buy the same exact outfit.

Remember, you gave em your heart, not your eyes.

NO!!!! they shoul be ashame to themselves, if they dont want people lokin at their CLEAVAGE cover it dont show it to the public. Thats the consequence of wearing dress that is quite open to the ocean of EYES.
