Hi, ive got really thick hair so i never have this problem but trust me i have other problems when it comes to washing it etc. there are loads of products on the market for thin hair, go to boots and ask the specialists because they really good advice and after looking at your hair they can tell you which product would be good for you to use. personally i think head and shoulders and tresemme are really good when it comes to products, they do products for thin hair fro sprays to shampoos, and they're not even expensive. these products will make your hair look and feel thicker.
They wont actually make your hair thicker, and a little tip, stay away from any kind of straighteners or hair driers, they damage your hair. us girls are always having bad hair days etc and if you really need to use the hair drier point it downwards (from your scalp down to the ends of your hair) this will solve the frizz problem.
hope i helped xxx

I use a product called cholesterol. It comes in many varieties. Its a conditioning creme that you use after you shampoo your haire. You let it sit for 10 to 15 minutes. Then, you wash it out. Repeat this every time you wash your hair. It makes your hair thicker and shinier without adding excess oil or excessive dryness! Your hair will be amazingly healthy!

Don't use Tresemme on thin hair because it makes your hair go flat. I have heard of success stories from Mane and Tail, the horse shampoo. And hair cholesterol, but I don't know where you could find it. Good luck.

Why do you only want to thicken one strand? That wouldn't make much difference.
