Dear Readers,

i'm Born and raised here in the USA. 51 years old female who has lost everything in life that mattered including my son who died several years ago in the marine corp at the age of 22. I lost my job in 2004 after the company declared bankrupsy and I was employed for them over 20 years. It took me over a year to find jobs, so I took on two part time jobs and recently got injured on December 6th. I have been going to therapy on my back injury and I called my employer to ask why i wasn;t receiving any income he said that he did not have workmans comp insurance. my heart dropped to the floor. Now i have No money to pay bills of any sort.....car payment behind 2 months now, rent due, utilities with shut off notices and scraping up money to pay for gas. I have tries so called agencies to help but they say theres no money or a waiting list. All the immigrants are all in line! How are they getting help and I can't. I feel so helpless. I use to sell on ebay and can't find anything left to sell to stay afloat. any suggestion?

I donate money and other items to the poor. Illegals should not be here and are prolonging the process for people that are trying to come here legally. Get in line or don't come here at all. You wouldn't let someone cut in line at the movies, why allow it for entering the US?

I donate my money to the American Cancer Society, and I also volunteer my personal time to Rainbow Babies and Children. I am also forced to pay taxes that help these illegal immigrants, and yes I agree that illegals should have to help their own. The same way that I am attempting to help my fellow Americans.

I do not have to volunteer my time, but I do. I also do not have to give money to the American Cancer society, but I do. Illegals come to America live tax free, and they do not want to help their own kind. This is not America's way of life, and once they get here I think they need to adapt to the American way of life.

I do donate money for charitable purposes ... and I don't expect illegal immigrants to donate any money, I expect them to go home! Or be sent back to whence they came! That would be the best present they could give to America's poor ....

Yes I do donate money and services to the poor in America.
The only thing I expect from illegal aliens is that they return to their home nations and stop whining about how bad the USA is.If its that bad why are you here illegally ? I don't expect anything from the illegal alien and that's just what the USA gets from them.
I just want then to stop sucking off the teats of legal society and
crying about how they are treated. How did you expect to be treated ? You are law breakers and you march in our streets screaming demands that you have no right to have. While desecrate our flag and insult this nations legal citizens. No I don't expect you to care about anything but your own selfish needs.

You all obviously dont get it if they had money to spare then they wouldnt have come to america. And plenty of immigrants do pay taxes anonymously so that they can contribute to our country. Have any of you actually seen some of the conditions in mexico or tasted that water ewww. Theyre poor if they knew how to get here legally they probably would have.

I do donate to the poor and many other needy families. Illegal aliens are criminals and are quite different. I don't need them to pick my lettuce or do the jobs that Americans allegedly won't do.
Deport them all.

Yes, we donate with our tax dollar, and it goes to the illegals, because that's what they come here for, to sponge off our tax dollars.

Huh? Are you making an oblique reference to paying taxes? Paying taxes isn't an optional "donation", it's an obligation that comes with the privileges of being a US CITIZEN. Please, start making sense.
