A dentist can give you a better diagnosis but my guess would be an absess, a pocket of festering pus from where a root is rotting away due to untended long ignored tooth decay. Try clove oil.

Peace......

Sounds like it could be an ear infection. Sometimes when you get a sinus infection that can also link to fluid in the ears and cause that kind of pain. Or, it could very well be a dental problem.

If it were me, I would take some Advil (Ibuprophen), start a humidifier, and if it were bad enough, maybe a warm compress where the pain is most intense, and go to bed....see the doctor in the morning. You'll probably need a short course of antibiotics to get rid of it if it's a bacterial infection. Good luck!

It could be an Inner Ear Infection from your gums near the back teeth in the back by that little tube that travels down from your Inner ear to your throat.

It could be an infected tooth due to dental caries (cavity) or a condition called as pericoronitis where a wisdom tooth is not fully erupted & the accumulation of food & debris underneath of gum causes inflamation & infection. Visit your dentist & ENT specialist.

It could be an abscessed tooth or a wisdom tooth..you need to see a dentist. Ibuprofen can help relieve the pain or Ambesol, which will numb the tooth. Both can be purchased over the counter. good luck.

Maybe "wisdom teeth."

Why don't you go see a dentist? If you dont' have enough money, go to a university where they teach dentistry. They always need patients for the students to practice on.

Sinus infection most likley. I had those symptoms, went to the denist and got x rays, the denist showed me how the tooth goes into the sinus. But to be sure goto a Dr.

That seems like a nerve thing. If it's in the back of your mouth you may have a wisdom tooth problem (unless, of course, you've already had those removed). Try talking to a D.D.S., D.M.D., or a dental surgeon.

You could be getting a wisdom tooth or an infection. Only a dentist will be able to tell you which.
