For the past year, ive lost 75 lbs in a HEALTHY way with diet, exercise, and water. Im concerned because for the past few months, ive been getting dizzy at random times throughout the day. When i get up or sit down, its like i have to stop and wait for my eyes to catch up with my mind. Can anyone tell me what this means? and if so, how i can get rid of this.. i must admit, it is a bit scary at times.

Onset of vertigo with posture change may be a symptom of several things, including low blood pressure, low blood sugar, an inner ear infection, a cardiac problem, or other things. It can also be a symptom of dehydration, which is a chronic problem in the US.
Tell your doctor about this at your next visit (and if you haven't had a visit in a while, schedule one). In fact, if you haven't had one in the last year or so, go have a physical. Since this will include blood work, urinalysis, and (hopefully) an EKG, all the things that should be checked will be.

Are you still dieting? Is is possible that you've lost too much weight?
Medically speaking, talk to your doctor about vertigo--its an illness that makes you dizzy. There may be a few other things that need to be checked out, for which you need to see an ENT specialist.
Otherwise, the folks above have some very good suggestions as well to look into.

I had the same thing, it's low blood sugar and possible anemia. Go see your doctor, but You must also remeber to try to eat something small like a banana or something ever 2-3 hours so u don't feel dizzy.

I have seen documentaries about frequent dieting and they say that many have dizzy spells due to lack of fatty foods in their diet. Stay with the healthy ones such as Omega 3 Fatty acids or you will put that weight back on.

Two things come to mind - ear infection, and low blood pressure.
If it's low blood pressure, try stretching and moving a little before standing up. I'm prone to this, and had to wear pressure stockings when pregnant so I wouldn't faint from all the blood rushing to my feet.
Also, are you sure you're getting enough liquids?

Could be a lot of things. There are many variables in a system as complicated as ours. My guess is low blood pressure. Not as bad as high BP but it needs to be checked by a doc. Good luck.

I would talk to your doctor...it may be vertigo (I've got it too). There are meds for it. Congrats on the weight loss, its refreshing to hear people lose weight in a healthy way in the midst of all these crazy diets.

This could be a lack of oxygen usually it is accompanied by seeing stars.Do you smoke? That could be the culprit.Did you take any herbals, stimulant drinks or weight loss aids?My guess is maybe you are not eating enough .Eat a big steak see what happens.

this is caused by the massive difference in blood pressure your heart had to maintain when you were heavier. since the workload is significantly reduced, the pressure drops dramatically, causing a kind of "mini-stroke" or severe dizzy spells
