i use table salt after i wash the sore. it stings like crazy but it helps get rid of it. good luck..

Walmart have some cold sore cream. You can also try Viroxyn Home Treatment and Choraphor.

Immediately wash it and use noxema or blistex .It is usually gone in a day or two at the most if you treat it right away .

only fast way to rid them is to get to dr and get a script for valtrex...on the onset of the coldsore...as it is related to herpes virus and is very treatable...Lori :)
