It is binge eating, join the club honey.
Are you stressed or unhappy with something going on in your life? And lyou do NOT want to start throwing u, or you will really have problems, lose your teeth from the stomach acid, look real sick, etc.
Find where they have meetings near you of Overeaters Anonymous. You will see the bulemics, the ones who throw up, because they look SO sick.

None of us want to be fat.. but are you at a healty weight for your height and body frame? Losing a lot of weight quickly is just asking to out it all back on and more. Throwing up is not an alternative to eating healthy and exercising.

Your body is in shock and is craving carbs and sugar because it's the easiest things for it to burn quickly and store any extra in your body tissues to use for later. Your body is trying to recover what you have lost and eating juck food isn't going to help you.
Start eating healthier.. and doing things that you enjoy, and don't let your weight be the only thing that you can think about day and night. If something is botherig you, talk to someone you trust. You may find that you eat the wrong things because you are stressed out, only you are creating a cycle here. Break it now while you can still understand what's happening to you.
Good luck

When you lost weight you may have deprived your body of something it needs. And there for your body is searching for that needed element.
If you don't wanna gain weight just change what yoiu are eating to more healthjy foods like fruits and veggies, rather than a quarter pounder a day and be sure and exercise atleast 30 minutes every other day or 20 minutes daily

Your eating sounds psychological. Maybe talk to a dietitian. And what is fat to you? You already know throwing up is NOT okay.
Try going on line to eating disorder groups.Binge eating is there, I know I am a binge eater as well. I usually eat alot when I am stressed. My meds MAKE me crave carbs and I do not eat routinely so when I miss breakfast I end up eating twice the amount. The first to make me feel full. The second to make up for the nutrients my body missed..........It is all in the perception. What is ALOT to you may not be alot to someone else. What is fat to you may be different o someone else. How did you loose alot of weight. Yo yo diets do not work.Good luck sweetheart. It is not an easy thing to solve but you must figure out your thoughts and feelings and maybe one day you will have a healthier outlook. Talk to someone about it or go on line to a chat room about eating and disorders.

No throwing up is not ok, are you kidding..I go through it all the time n' I'm not fat, maybe you should control yourself n' watch what you eat ..I mean you can treat yourself whenever you want but just in moderation..but gaining a lil weight isnt so bad..I'm kinda skinny n' I hate it..I rather have nice curves.

First off you don't say how you were losing the weight and second throwing up is never ok. My only suggestion is that you go talk to your doctor about it.

nicely, it relies upon on the kind you want this relationship to bypass. in case you want to be the single doing each and all of the artwork interior the relationship, continuously giving extra, then ask him out. in case you want him to chase you, make him make the 1st flow. After years and years of chasing adult men and getting my heart broken, i ultimately found out that adult men are equipped to pursue. (those that say they like the lady to make the 1st flow are the two mendacity or basically so wimpy that they are not worth having.) this would not recommend that girls folk shouldn't coach interest -- of direction we would desire to continuously, as a results of fact adult men want encouragement -- yet I even have never, ever chased a guy and gotten what i wanted. evidently he likes you. Flirt with him -- yet do not call him till he calls you first and make him do the asking.
