Why is it a guy can get away with so many more things than a girl can[and this also works the other way around] and why do they get away with most of it. Why?

Maybe because the girlfriend lets him. In my relationships I expect to be given what I give. Fair is fair. If they foul up then its on.

Because they weren't taught any better, everyone lets them get away with things, they have no thought's about anyone else and how they might feel....
Look at the parents and you will see where the children got their ideas and lack of ideas from...
Sometimes I think the parents of such children, should be slapped, jailed, penalized, just like their children...( wouldn't that be wonderful....)

Women are expected to act in a certain way - demure, cute, womanly, patient and caring - and have heavy expectations of them. Men are not given these expectations, and so society is more forgiving of men. Its not fair, but thats the way society is for now.

Because they are insensitive and they do not give a second thought.Girls are more responsible and sensitive.
