You sound like you are fairly proportional for your height. I wouldn't recomend changing for a particular guy, but if you feel that in general you want to gain some wait then go ahead. As long as you are healthy about doing so.
My own personal preference would be a thin girl, and from your height and weight I am sure you are very beautiful, but it's up to you.
Also, if you want to gain weight, just try running and lifting some weights. Toning up your body will actually add weight to your body and give you a better figure.

I think it depends on the guy, some like thick and some like thin. Only gain weight if you feel like it... I'm sure you're gorgeous just the way you are. Don't change your body or self image just for men. If you want to gain weight for your own reasons, try lifting weights (muscle weighs more than fat) or just enjoying some more sweets and fatty foods. :) But in all honesty, I think that personality and self confidence means a lot. I'm tons bigger than you, but I can still find guys. Don't worry too much, you'll find a nice guy eventually! Good luck!

They all love curves. Sometimes an abundance is a little too scary. Im a size 2/4 and I think everything fits nicely into place. You should never try to make yourself bulkier unless it's healthy muscular weight that you want. Some girls just have the bean-pole thing going for them and lack the natural assests. I'm a girl who was blessed with all the feminine assests, but i have a very big thyroid problem. But i made that problem into a positive by working rigulously out at the gym. ---Point being, take care of yourself. and if your wanting the "booty-liscious" affect, then make sure its not all "jello-jiggler" ;o)

I THINK the confusion here comes from the definition of thick and thin. Skinny=rail thin, no curves Thin=In good shape, some curves but not a lot of body fat Thick can be taken two ways... big curves, very wide set hips, but not fat, or flat out fat. Define thinner and thicker lol

Guys are on autopilot, and will will naturally zone in on supermodel looks. But most men are realistic and know they will only attract women in their league. But normal guys do get turned on by women who are not insecure. Abusive and slacker types will go for the most insecure women they can get there hands on.
To answer your question about weight gain, don't pig out until you have done some research on basic physiology and sports nutrition. You will need to incorporate exercise, so get a good personal trainer.

I have always liked thick girls as a first choice.
I wouldn't say you need to gain weight because you are not underweight. Very slim but not unhealthy.
You wanna gain weight: eat peanut butter, ice cream, mashed / baked potatos, have bread with almost every meal. start lifting weights and drinking a ton of water.

You callin Tyra Banks thick? lol. If that's the scale you are using then I'd definately have to say thick. No fun for a guy if he might accidentaly snap a girl in half if he just wants to give her a hug.

Yes gain a little wait, but only if that's what YOU wanna do. Really thin girls are unnattractive and probably break too easy, but really dumb girls are worse because they're just plain boring and exasperating. So to answer your question, neither!
