Red blood cells do not have a nucleus at maturity, and thus do not contain DNA. So how does the blood express the antibodies and antigens? When the RBC's are in the bone marrow, they begin expressing the correct antibodies and antigens, and when they are released into the body that nucleus disappears.

In conclusion, no, you would not have different DNA from a blood transfusion.

No your DNA is still safe with you because packed red blood cells (which is what you get with a transfusion) do not carry DNA. That is a very good question though. It shows you are a deep thinker.

No....when one has a blood transfusion not all of their blood is replaced with a donor's. The donor's blood is just tempoarily used by your system to carry out normal functions such as circulation but the remaining cells carry your original DNA and as soon as the tranfused blood cells die off (usually around 120 days) then it is replaced by cells containing your own DNA.
