I mean...it IS fat free...and It's soooooooo good....

but then...the sugar will keep me up untill all hours of the night...not like i care though...

You could eat it frozen. It makes a fine "ice cream" treat.

Or you could eat it thawed - for that whipped creamy kind of dessert.

I think you should eat a quarter of it now, a quarter of it tomorrow for lunch, a quarter of it for dinner, and a quarter of it as tomorrow's bedtime snack - and then the tub will be gone, and you won't be tempted any longer.

In the meantime, you'll have had a wild and crazy 24-hour period.

No, you shouldn't.

I had a friend who used to refer to that stuff as whipped plastic.

One day we were at the store with his dad, who was a science professor. Dad read the label and said, "Dang, you're right!"

no...just because there's no fat...does not mean that you won't gain weight. the unused sugars and calories will turn to fat.
