She's asking for problems. She is just short. Her weight fits her. She is not over-weight or obese. The only thing that she is doing when she doesnt eat is making her fat cells react to her not eating. If she keeps that up, she is definitely going to gain weight. She may not gain the weight in a year but guess what! Years later she might. Her body will give out. Tell her to stop being insecure and keep encouraging her. You love her enough to admit that she has a problem. Tell her its better to be 110 than 110 with diabetes, then she definitely will have weight problems. I felt the same way until I developed diabetes. Tell her to count her blessings! Hope this helps her out. Good Luck!

you likely won't die (except you're diabetic), yet this sort of weight-reduction plan approach isn't in simple terms risky yet in addition would not paintings. once you give up eating, your physique is going into starvation mode, so as quickly as you start up off eating lower back, your physique will attempt to hold onto each thing you take up which will make you benefit all the load lower back and probably make you even heavier than once you began. the only acceptable thank you to shed extra pounds is to completely adjust your eating and exercising behavior. additionally, at your top and weight (i'm assuming it truly is in pounds, no longer pounds), your BMI is 20, that's interior the conventional weight variety (and in the direction of the decrease end at that). that's advisable to speak to a therapist besides, given which you sound like somebody at severe hazard for coming up an eating sickness. better of success!

It sounds like she has an eating disorder, probably anorexia. If you told her she has an eating disorder she probably wouldn't believe you but people have starved to death because of this so something needs to be done. If you know her family maybe you could talk to them and possibly do an "intervention".
There are several good Internet sites on the subject of eating disorders so it would be a good thing to check them out so you can get further ideas about how to handle this.

Not eating actually makes you gain weight and you get bloated. Why don't you try telling her she likes nice and that you like her how she is. Boost her self esteem with compliments and tell her she looks perfect. She is way too concerned with weight, she is really skinny weighing only 110 she should weigh more.

She needs a therapist and a doctor and her parents need to intervene and help her. Please, if you value you friend then you must tell her parents or the school authorities.
