This morning I woke up feeling like I was going to puke. I woke up at 8:30am which I usually wake up at 10am-12pm. I didn't eat anythng until about 4pm because i wasn't hungry all day and still wasnt hungry then, but I thought I should put some food in my stomache since i hadn't eaten anything all day. I didn't throw up or anything but my stomache still hurts, and I don't know why. I don't have a fever either and I feel great other than my nasty stomache ache. What should I do to maybe ease the pain, and anybosy know what may be wrong?

It is not period pain either because it is in my stomache. And I eat very healthy everyday, and excersise frequently, so i don't think any of that is it.

take really slow deep breaths, in your nose out your mouth, continuously. and try to lay back and relax, If it hurts more on the right side and it is sharp pains you could have appendicitis, Most stomach pains though are caused by Stress. Find a way to relax for atleast 20 minutes daily

It could be just a virus. It seems to be going around. My husband and I have just gotten over it. No fever, just bad stomachaches. Try a heating pad on your stomach...it really helps. Try eating small amounts of crackers or toast, flat Coke or Ginger Ale help too. If it's not starting to feel better in a day or so check with your doctor.
