I haven't but I found you somebody who has.
"I smoked a ham injected with Gentleman Jack Daniel and hand rubbed with brown sugars and other seasonings. Also smoked a turkey breast injected with special seasonings on my XLBGE for Thanksgiving. Everything turned out just wonderful. The meats were moist and juicy. everyone thought that I had purchased the meats precooked! Now, I am waiting on the plans for building the table for the XLBGE and wheret o get the cover to protect such a wonderful investment

I prefer to inject with Southern Comfort. It gives a sweet brandy flavor.

Nope, but I have marinated a salmon in jack and brown sugar. It was great!
