Why would you want to go and get involved in this situation.? I'm thinking that it may be that you are just a tad bit jealous. Maybe you are a little upset that he isn't fooling around with you instead. Of course, the answer to the question is NO. Who appointed you the neighborhood fidelity police. For all you know his wife gave him permission. Perhaps they have an open relationship and each night when she comes home, she asks him to share all the naughty details. Whatever the situation, it is not your business to rat someone out. If my suspicion is correct and you are truly wishing you could get involved, go over and drop a few hints around. Maybe you all could start a neighborhood swingers club. Life is short. Get all you can before you are too old to enjoy it.

stay out of it. they will be found out eventually, I mean. is your life that boring and insignificant that you must meddle in other people business? who cares. let them have their fun and find something constructive to do. Better not make your neighbours your enemies. Sooner or later they will find a way to get back at you. so unless you plan to move, keep your mouth shut and go watch some TV or volunteer in a worthy cause, basically, be of use.

Tough question. No, you should try to stay out of it, they will both get caught soon, it is not amusing, imagine if you were the husband it is not funny. If you dob him in you will get caught up in all the mess, don't tell man.
