Where would you go? What would you and your lover do (minus all the lovemaking)? In other words, what is the perfect honeymoon? I am rather curious (and bored). Thank you in advance. Happy New Years! :-)

#1 Choice - Hawaii (even with the few days we will have)
Fly there, nice hotel for the evening.
Breakfast in bed the next day
Take a tour of one of the islands
Romantic dinner for two followed by dancing
Early morning breakfast out
Take a day cruise
Cuddle with a movie in our nice room for the evening
Breakfast out
Shopping!
Relax on the beach all afternoon
Romantic dinner and a show
Sleep in - lunch out
Night spot for a little fun
prepare for our trip home

Choice # 2 - Bahamas with the same plan
Choice # 3 - An Alaskan Cruise

Although a cruise or big trip is fun, you have less one on one tiem to enjoy your new partner. I suggest something scenic and beautiful where you can both relax and spend a lot of time just chilling and enjoying each other's company.

save hawaii for a vacation

Also I recommend doing something cheap, but making your honeymoon longer.

Ideas, cabin in the mountains, lakehouse, a 5 start hotel, beach front rental.

Another idea is to do an activity you both enjoy (such as hiking in Europe)

Our perfect honeymoon would be going back to Hawaii where we met. We'd probably go through all of the little shops that we did before and to the same beaches, just to kind of retrace all the places we've been.

I'm getting married very soon(27th jan 07!!!)and originally my hubby to be and i booked a holiday where we were going to travel threw europe.we are travel geeks and love to travel(we're from australia) but when we realised it would be more of a sight seeing holiday and always on the go,it kinda turned us off, because,in reality,on your honeymoon you want to RELAX:)
So,we will be going to europe in a few years to come, but, for our honeymoon we are off to Fiji.We are staying on a remote island at a 5 star resort where we are going to mingle with the locals, drink too many cocktails(they have a bar in the pool!) and just relax as much as we can.
HAPPY NEW YEAR:)

I would go any where my husband and I agree to go! I have always wanted to go to Hawaii, my husband wants to do Africa...A perfect honeymoon to me is a place where the weather is nice, food and the residents are nice and shops and spas are a plenty! The place could be some unknown foreign or U.S. location.

It would be a nice resort near a large city. That way we can do things like horseback riding, golf, spa, and casino. By being near a large city you can still go to museums and attractions in the city like a walking tour of the older areas or theme park
Thanks
Happy New Years

i think of that the term "suitable" is relatively very own and subjective yet i will supply you my address it. Assuming that we are actually not speaking some couple with laundry piles of money laying around, mine could be in Alaska. i think i might ought to take the cruise deliver direction for convenience. i might spend a while with my woman in Denali, Homer and Seward, taking some part journeys to hike yet another glacier and, if the season became suitable, bypass on an Moose hunt. we would spend a while shooting of the Grizzlies on Kodiak and then front room around the boat for something of the time, ingesting, eating and making whoopie. :-D yet, I comprehend it is merely me and my lady pal. maximum different couples might wretch on the assumption.

I'd say two weeks in bali or tahiti. I could surf all day and party all night. And maybe spend some time with my new bride if the waves are small
