I'm in my mid twenties and I'm ready to turn a new page in my life and get healthy. I plan on changing my eating habits and starting a regular exercise schedule. However, is there anything I can do to reverse/detoxify from the damage I have already done? I have also started taking a daily vitamin.

There are steps to becoming healthy after years of self torture. And if carefully and strategically done, You can slowly but efficently loose weight, and become more healthy than you did before you did the whole self torture stages.

If you want a really good plan I can set one up for you for free, just email me LanaG29@aol.com

And that goes for anyone else that reads this and wants to become more healthy

The hard part is to follow the healthy schedule and resist the bad food, you can also do a exercise such as Tai Chi. Get an air filter if people smoke in the house

Yes, but it will take as long to work off the negative effects as it took to create them, so plan on a long term commitment. I'd also seek the help of a nutritionist and an exercise specialist if you can afford it. The positive feedback and motivation is irreplaceable.

If you start living healthy your body will heal itself. If you have been drinking heavily it takes about six months for everything to go away. Lungs take a bit longer but they will heal themselves as well.
