I am sorry to be the one to tell you that your choices are limited. First choice, go through the rest of your life without the proper dental treatment and deal with the pain. (Trust me, thats not fun. All 4 wisdoms needed to come out and I finally had the nerve to see a dentist.) Second choice, find cheap dental insurance, try www.dentalplans.com and pay a yearly fee. Some of these fees are pretty reasonable. Third choice, find a dental clinic that is willing to accept payments whenever you can make them (some dentists are willing to do this option). Fourth choice, depending on your finances, if you have at least $100, just schedule a dental visit only! Find out exactly how much it will cost. I am really sorry about your situation, hope this information helps.

Call your local health department and ask if there are any dentists in town who have free clinics or maybe will provide services based on your income. There actually are some out there with a heart. Also, if you do not have health insurance maybe you should apply for Medicaid. What are you going to so if you have a serious accident or become really sick?

You could try the nearest dental school, they usually do it based on financial need. Some dentists will make payment arrangements, sometimes they will mention it in their yellow page ads in the phone book.

If you qualify you can go on government assistance until you can get your teeth fixed. It's better than not getting it done at all and losing your teeth. Or you could put a little money to the side and try to save up a little bit at a time until you have enough to go. But by then your teeth might be worse.
