Shouldn't Palestine be able to just move them out or nationalize and tax them?

The Palestinians and Arab nations as a whole are quite pathetic on so many levels. They would be better off under Israeli or any western rule.

Since they're Israeli settlers, why wouldn't they protect them?
Look at Europe for example. Wars have been fought for millenia but France is still France, Germany is still Germany, Italy is still Italy...
To "grow" a country's borders requires much more than a military occupation of a neigbor. They must install people who share beliefs, language and other cultural traits.
Thus, a country assimilates land.
What did the nazis do in Poland? They forced the Poles eastward and installed Volksdeutsche(german people) on their lands.
Millions of Poles were sent east and Germans took over their homes. They did this to "grow" their country.
The same tactics have been employed by countries all over the world, including Israel.
Though they can publicly deny this intention, they can hardly deny that they leave their settlers on other's lands for some ulterior motive.
Now, you must know about Israel's occupation of Palestine that's lasted decades... You must.
Palestine does not have a "National army" that they could use to "move out" the settlers. Palestine is completely under Israel's domination.
Also how could they "tax" the settlers of an occupying nation? Any provocation on the part of palestinians leads to missiles falling on their heads.

They have had the might of America and the influence of American Jewry to protect their flagrant violations. Egypt just sent a shipment of arms to Palestine. Maybe the Israelis will think twice about bullying Arabs that are armed.

They tried to give some greenhouses to the Palestinians when the settlers left Gaza, but they just smashed them.

There is no real Palestinian government. They can't tax the Palestinians, how would they tax Israel?
