Don't go back for seconds
Excersize 45 minutes a day
Walk, jump rope, jumping jacks, lift weights, sit ups, push ups
Avoid all sugar and fat.
Eat mostly fruit veggies and whole grains w/ 2-3 deck of cards size portions of lean fish a week.

i recently went on a liquid diet. your day of food would consist of something along the lines of a breakfast shake when you wake up, a bottle of water for lunch (and maybe a yogurt) and a balanced dinner (like meat and vegies). some snacks you could eat would be yogurt, fruits and dairy. Lay off the soda-that makes you gain weight. drink alot of liquids..its not anorexia its a diet for people who are serious about weight loss. You will loose around 5-7 lbs a week (without exercise) around 10 lbs a week (with exercise) best of luck hun!

Depending on your age and activity level amoung other factors I would suggest a good filling breakfest with fibre and cereals while not taking any food in the midday with light exercise according to your profile like weight, age etc and a good early supper, oh and a light salad in before the supper to re activate your metabolism lots of water atleast 8 to 10 glasses low salt...

Just eat at least 3 meals daily. If you drink soy milk it's less calories than plain milk and register as a member to a health club. You could start walking on the treadmill 6 times a day.

dont ever go on any of those fad diet things where you take pills because they do not work and they just mess you up. I would recommend the basic changing your eating habits and Discipline yourself to exercise for about 30 mins a day. try eating more fish and veggies and cut back on carbs.

Stay away from fast food, sugars, etc. Exercise as often as possible. Even if you lose just a pound a week that is a big success!! good luck!!

try to cut your food intake by 20% daily and start jogging or walking for atleast 20 min a day for 1 week
then improve on that gradually
