2. Do they smell of cigarette smoke? Smell their clothes, hair, car, etc.

Yellow fingers (below the knuckles), smell on clothes, hair and breath. Those are the only "good ways". Youc an also take into account things like frequent gum chewing or alot of perfume, taking alot of "breaks", being secretive about things like purse...but these things aren't sure fire at all.

obviously one is by smell. smokers have a tendency to smell like smoke after a cigarette. and look at their dominant hand..theyre index finger will possibly be discolored slightly from the smoke while holding it. nicotine will temporarly stain the skin on the hand til you wash it off. if theyre hiding it..theyll sneak off withgroup of smokers or by themselves and be sneaky about it. i used to when i first started. it was obvious.

The best way would be to just ask them. The second way would be to spend any time at all with them and smell them. What does their vehicle, clothes and hair smell like?

If your talking about cigarettes their breath smells and you can
smell it on their clothes. If your talking about marijuana you can
also smell it on their clothes. If they mix it with tobacco then just
look at their eyes it gets smaller and they get the munchies and get sleepy. My nephew that lives with me smokes both stuff and
he can't hide the smell.
