High Protein diet. . . .lean meat (not processed meats), peanut butter, beans and of course weight bearing exercises several times/week. drinking grease will not make you gain muscle. It will only clog your arteries.

Eat as many calories as it takes to gain weight. Eat constantly. Consume most of your extra calories as protein and carbohydrates. Make sure you lift weights so the weight you gain is mostly muscle. When you want to lose the fat you have gained, make sure you continue lifting weights so your muscles don't shrivel back to what they were.
