com which is a free website for free download's & if someone does not put any billing info can the people bill you still if it's not free with out saying if it's free or not?

If you do not put billing info in they can't bill you, but if it's a "trial" and you enter billing info you have to cancel before the time is up. You may want to try Meebo. that has all the messengers on it and it's free. just go to www.meebo.com
