TSRs (Terminate and Stay Resident) were mostly used for DOS programming to boot up programs like sound and other small helper programs. TSRs are mostly redundant now. What kind of TSR were you trying to run? Is it incompatible with your other programs? Need more information for a full answer. Good luck!

TSR means TERMINATE AND STAY RESIDENT. I..E THE PROGRAM TERMINATES BUT STAYS IN YOUR RAM I.E. PRIMARY MEMORY. CAN BE ACTIVATED BY PRESSING A KEY.

BUT YOUR QUESTION IS REALLY TERIBLE. BECAUSE NO BODY CAN GIVE ANSWER TO THIS QUESTION BECAUSE QUESTION ITSELF IS NOT CORRECT AND NOT FULLLY ASKED. U SHOULD SPECIFY WHICH TSR AND WHAT DO U WANT THAT TSR TO DO AND THE SITUATION ON WHICH IT IS NOT WORKING ETC.

PLEASE ASK YOUR QUESTION CORRECTLY.
