I can tell you things not to do. Like don't waist money on a straighting perm. It last maybe a week if that. The straightener gels and sprays don't work either. They don't even last a couple hours. The iron straightener works good for a day out. My hair was all most to my butt. You think with that long of hair it would straighten naturally but is doesn't. I end up getting a perm. To give my curlers a form. Good luck.

You can buy a hair straightener which will keep your hair straight until you wash your hair, but it damages your hair very badly. You can also go to a salon and get it chemically straightened which also damages your hair but not as bad, because it is just like getting a perm but making your hair straight. There are also products out there that your lather in your hair then blow dry it. I would reccomend using Garnier Frutis.

Just spit in your hair and straighten it with a flat iron.
