Ok, I am 5"3 and weigh 107lbs, i want to lose some weight...i do pilates and exercise regularly, any ideas on a pill i can take to help me lose weight???

Stay away from those diet pills, they burn mostly water. But at the same time, any weight loss is welcome and motivating lol. I say start doing 15 minutes or so of cardio in the morning and eating light meals throughout the day. Drink plenty of water as well. If you keep up the good work, the weight will definately come off. Keep up the good work!

ok, i have no pill, because i hate the pills. all i have to say is stick to eating right and exercising because pills are horrible. As you may know, every thing we eat, gets broken down by digestion, making it small enough to fit into our teeny tiny cells. Some pill might turn like into sum kind of sponge thing in your stomach, and sure itll make you feel full, but its very bad for your cells.

honestly if u are 107 and ur 5"3 i really don't think u need to lose weight! I do!! anywayz, i read on the internet about this diet its for 12 days, and all u do is eat grapes, and water!!

i have always found that swimming, together with the regular work out form a fabulous body. i also believe that you'd get a desired effect from this regimen.

other than that you could change your eating habits.....like say snacking more often in a day rather than the three square meals. together with staying ultra active this could be the ticket.....yeah?
