I have them and I do regret it, but that's not to say that you will too. The only thing I regret is getting them too big and now I'm trapped because to go smaller would require either saggy skin or massive scarring.

Please do not listen to the naysayers here who don't have breast implants and yet are judging them. It is the 2nd highest plastic surgery done in the US next to liposuction. I was beautiful before my surgery and I am beautiful still. There isn't anything "wrong" with me or anyone who wants bigger breasts. It is a personal choice and a luxury surgery.

I'll give you the pros and cons:

Pros:
Fill out clothes better
Definitely higher self-confidence
Felt more balanced (not so bottom heavy)
OMG it is so fun to have big boobs when you never had them before!

Cons:
Tops are hard to buy. They have to be completely form-fitting. If I get a medium, they stretch funny in the armpit, if I get a large (or wear ANY t-shirt) I look fat because my boobs hold it out so far.

Bras are hard to buy. Your doctor will be going in cc's not specific cup sizes. Fake boobs dont conform into bra cups like real ones so they won't fit quite right.

You will probably have to wear a bra ALL THE TIME. I have to sleep in a bra and wear them around the house for comfort factor.

Fake boobs don't feel like real ones. Even the great boob jobs feel stiffer and harder. They also may not sway or bounce like real boobs. (mine do though)

Your implants WILL ripple. This is just a fact of having them. The bags deflate over time and your will get unattractive ripples and shadows when they move.

You may also lose feeling in your nipples. I never thought I would miss getting goosebumps when I sneeze, but there it is. Your doctor could also cut through milk-ducts, and you would be unable to breast feed.

That all being said, I would like my breasts if I hadn't overdone it. I think I wouldn't have lost feeling or have such a noticeable ripple if they were smaller. I say life is too short to really want something and not get it. I would mostly recommend getting smaller and then bigger later if you are not satisfied.

As for pain I would compare it to working out VERY hard. It is that kind of soreness. The faster you get off painpills the faster you will heal. Get bags of frozen peas! I am not kidding you! They conform to your curves better than ice packs.

Whatever you decide, good luck to you!

I personally find smaller or flatter breasts to be much more attractive than larger breasts (although a C cup is definately not too large, I still prefer smaller).

I also know that I am not the only man who feels this way. There are a lot of incredibly attrractive ladies, famous and far-from-famous who happen to be flat-chested or have smaller breasts. Don't worry about how small your breasts are. A good man will love you for who you are. He will love you for your great personality and how well you treat others. He will love you for showing the same respect to others that you deserve to be treated with. As an added bonus, he will love your breasts, regardless of size, when you are married.

I would also like to discourage you from ever considering breast implants for the following reasons:

1) LOVE: If your partner really loves you, it should not be because of your breasts. He should be with you because of you, your personality, the way you compliment each other's lives and the way you treat others.

2) EXPENSE: Unless the breast enhancement surgery is deemed a medical necessity, most insurance companies will not cover it. It is a costly surgery with some risk. If you happen to be one of the unfortunate ladies where something goes wrong, you might need additional surgeries and there will be additional expenses as well.

3) PAINFUL RECOVERY: Some ladies have reported that they did not fully recover until almost 2 months past the surgery. It is a painful recovery for most ladies.

4) SCARS: In some cases, the scars always remain visible and/or always make the lady feel self-conscious. The use of Vitamin E oil may help, or better yet look into Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT) to help with recovery and scars but the Vitamin E oil may not be enough and the HBOT is not covered by insurance for the beneficial treatment you would get to enhance your recovery.

5)LONG TERM RISK: As far as I know, breast implants do not come with a lifetime guaranty. There is a real risk that one or both of the implants might leak and future surgeries may be needed. Again, this will add expense and painful recovery. If you are having health issues and your implants fail you - it could be very discouraging to you.

6)EROTIC FACTOR: Although I, personally, have never worshipped "fake" breasts, I have heard from many people that they are hard and not nearly as fun as natural breasts. I have enjoyed natural breasts and I would not want to "downgrade" top fake breasts.

7) NO LIFETIME GUARANTEES: You might need to repeat the painful and expensive process again in the next 15 - 20 years. Is it worth it?

Please do not stress over smaller breasts. They are incredibly sexy and satisfying.

I wish you all the best!

I would say a definite no way. There are many men that love breasts in all shapes and sizes. I personally like 'em smaller to medium. Definitely no gargantuan breasts for me. If most men are honest the most important physical attribute of a woman is not her breasts but let's just say something that they can get totally inside of. Fake breasts can sometimes help a woman feel a little better about herself - but then you have to ask yourself -Why? I can tell you from having handled breasts of both fake and natural quality that the natural ones always always feel much nicer to the man's touch. The size of your breast doesn't make you a woman or a better woman. It's other qualities that make you very important. Don't do it. It's not worth it. A lot of women have it done and then wish later that they hadn't. And a lot of women wind up getting them removed at an older age when they realize it was all not needed in the first place. I'm sure that your breasts are very nice just the way they are. Be proud of them and enjoy them. There is an advantage to small breasts too! Ever tried to run with great big heavy boobies waying and bouncing all around? Just the added weight would be a turn off for a lot of women. It's like lugging around a lot of extra stuff that wasn't there before. Hang on to those cute little breasts. A lot of men subscribe to the theory that more than a mouthful is a waist.

well it depends on a few things.
1. Are you financially sound to do it?
2. Are you ready for the emotional part?
3. Do you know that you need to replace them about every 14 years?
4. Are you ready to make the committment of getting them replaced?
5. Will it help your self esteem or just make guys like you?
6. Are you aware of how much pain you are in during recovery?

In my opinion...i do not see the problem in breast implants. I would like bigger boobs and im a C. Dont believe that it leaves big scarring becuase the procedure is done below your breast so it wont even be seen unless your man lifts it up and looks closely. Now with silicon back, they feel more real. and it is proven that silicon doesn cause all the diseases it was thought to cause. so if you want to...then do it! just keep in mind those questions!

Well if I where you I wouldn't get breast implants. Yes i know guys like girls with larger breasts but some don't. You'll just have to wait for the right guy who will like you the way you are. It's better than to stick who you are. Also you never know if breast implants could lead u to bad health, or you never know your breast are too big that guys didnt like it. So Gud luck deciding :)

i'm not even a B and i love mine and so does my bf. i dont think you should get breast implants. i think its more of an emotional thing you need to fix. not all guys like large breast and most guys prefer them to be real. i used to hate mine but once you look at them and just tell yourself you look good and youre beautiful you start to really see it. its so great to have a guy that loves me for the way that i am and i hope you find a guy that makes you see how beautiful you are too. and small boobs are supposedly more sensitive :)

Why don't you get just one and see if you like it?

Seriously, it sounds like you are more in need of loving and respecting yourself than you are in need of implants. Your happiness is not going to come from some hormonal guy wanting to touch your breasts. Your happiness has to come from within.

If you find a guy who is only interested in you because of the size of your breasts you are opening yourself up for a world of hurt because he is immature, selfish and will go off with the first woman with a larger bust size than you have.

Respect yourself and take care of yourself. Good luck.

-Should I get breast implants ?
Are you or do you, intend to be a prostitute, stripper, porn star, centerfold, model, or actress? If you do not need them for work; then you do not need them.

-Do guys like girls with larger breast ?
Are you trying to attract men or boob-mongers? Are guys that can only appreciate large breasted women better than men that can appreciate women for who they truly are?

-If you got breast implants do you regret it ?
Some women do regret them, some love their implants.

---

With your specification it sounds like you have a nice athletic build. Some guys can really appreciate that. What if you meet a really awesome guy that hates implants and you have them?
I would suggest that you do some real soul searching to discover your true motives, its best please in yourself in these matters, not others.
I would suggest that women should have surgery to fix a surgical problem, ie breast augmentation and reconstruction after a mascectomy. Otherwise it is completely unneccesary and you're aimlessly subjecting yourself needlessly to surgical risks, expense, and possible complications.

Well, if you ever want breast implants.......please consider the PAIN related to it.

The operation of course will be unpainfull because of drugs, but later you'll have to atleast wait for a week with blood bags on your sides straight from your breast. And then they'll remove it and I dunno what will happen.

But I saw in TV that it was a REAL REAL painfull thing.

PErsonally, I don't like girls with large breasts. Some nincompoops do, but I don't.

I like humble, small and cute breasts...^__^

If you were my gf and you did a breast implant, I wud definitly hate it..^_^

If you have small breasts, don't regret it, cus out there in the world there are many guys who have no interest in large football sized breasts.

hehehehhe....wow....I think you're makin me kinda horny..^_^
