Right now I am 15(going on 16 in a month) i am 5' 10" or 11" and i weigh around 155(not sure, something is wrong with the scale, doesn't reset properly). I know my weight is average but i got a lot of excess belly fat which is really bad. I quit drinking soda and gave up fast food for the most part. I do not like doing crunches and am considering buying an ab lounge but it's debatable. What do you reccomend that I do to less this stubborn belly and upper chest fat?
Thank you :)

Crunches and other ab exercises won't do anything about your fat level one way or the other. But it will help build the muscles that are underneath the fat. (The old joke is that "I've got a six-pack - but I keep it in this styrofoam cooler." [slapping the belly fat])

Giving up soda and fast food will help. But the main thing is to increase your over all energy output. Go out and run hard first thing in the morning for about 18 minutes. That revs up your metabolism for the rest of the day. (Or, on snowy days go out and shovel snow.)

You need to burn more energy through exercise than you are taking in from food. If you do that, the fat will burn off easily. Don't skip meals, try to eat a little something every 3 hours or so. Eating keeps your metabolism running faster.

You say you are a picky eater. Make sure that you pick food to eat that is actually good for you. Obviously the pop and junkfood don't do much except make you fat. Vegetables should be the major part of your diet. They are a proper source of vitamins and minerals in a form that your body deals with more easily than pills and suppliments. They provide fiber which important to your digestive system to help sweep away the refuse from the fat that you have been burning. Plus, for the amount of calories they provide, they are fairly filling. This makes it easier to eat fewer calories while still feeling full.

You have the choice in being picky as to what you will decide to eat. If you are picking cookies and soda all the time, you will be a fat coach potato. If you pick vegetables and protein, and workout properly, you have a good chance of getting in shape.

I think eating is your main problem....very important to eat good food.......you are what you eat, soda and pizza and french fries and snacks are no good for you at all.......don't be afraid to try new foods, fruit is the best and tons of different fruits out there, in the summer I buy whole watermellons and eat the whole thing myself, it takes about a week, plums, peaches, apples....each healthy snacks, cheese, nuts, not chips....must start to exercise, it doens't have to be anything hard or fancy, lift some weights, buy a few dumbbells, go out for an hour walk everyday, just get inthe habit of doing something and try to do it as often as possible, everyday would be great, ask a friend to join in, so you have someone to talk to.....you can do it, just have to change your habits.......

straightforward. not much, besides the indisputable fact that the diamonds are large high quality, yet 3 stones equalling 3/4 carats, each and each diamind is small. you're waiting to do more beneficial, save round, try an outlet like Zales or anticipate a sale. you need to probably get somewhat more beneficial cost because you recognize the cost of the stones, (the 4cs) colour, readability, decrease & carat.
