I am not a big fan of taylormade but the new r7 draw will help your slice. This club has more weight in the toe of the club it promotes more of a release to square the face on sliced shots.
there are many clubs designed to help your slice but think about this what if your swing changes then your club is no good to you anymore. The r7 draw is designed for the slicers swing my suggestion for you is to groove your swing so its more rounded fix your setup until your swing is coming from a inside approach. Do this and you will naturally release the club no special club needed in my opinion callaway makes the best drivers if you do go with taylormade get the standard version and work on your swing don't get a club that's a temporary band-aid..

The previous answer is correct, the best way to cure your slice is to correct your swing. A correct swing will both reduce the slice and improve your distance.

Thats said, any Taylormade driver with adjustable weights will help, just set the weigths to a draw bias. Any of the R7's with adjustable weights would do nicely, the rest depends on the head size that you prefer. I would, however, stay away from the R7Draw, in that it is pre-set for a draw bias and cann't be adjusted.

I'm a fellow slicer as well. My buddies gave me a R5 Type D for Xmas. I still slice but the new driver tames it, but maybe it's all in my head because I think the club is able to help my slice?

I was also using some tips from the link below.

ya know something,, let me say this,, I've owned the Taylor made, titiest drivers, and i just got fed up, i went and had my own driver made for me, from the shaft to the head, and doing this i went to a guy that made clubs for people. it took about three days for this to happen because he needed to put me on three machines to test my swing speed, my ball trajectory, and the spin of my golf balls off the club head,, now i have big red, its a 455 bore action, the same head that they use for the long ball comp, and of course a stiff shaft, which is the most important part of the club, but he will have to advise that for you after the testing..Go with a made club just for you,, Now iam driving the ball about 260 to 290, and i feel alot more confident off the tee

Unlike the other guy i would buy a used R5 D, it is cheap and can help a bit. Your swing is the problem but this will help and it wont set you back $400 like the R7 will, then if you like it upgrade to the new R7.

I agree with the answer above me, but I also understand the need for a quick fix. Get fitted to a TM R7 425. It has four weights that you can configure to fit you swing to the flight path you desire.

In most cases its not necessarily the club that will improve your performance, which alot of people mistake. Thats like saying "what kind of shoe do I need to buy to improve my running speed." My best advice is to work more on your tecnique, maybe your stance is off. Or maybe your holding the club wrong during the swing. Anywho this site might help you out. Best of luck :)

it does not upload distance, the heavier the weights (assuming you keep the ball flight unbiased) the better or decrease your ball flight would be. to have a extreme trajectory: have 2 heavy weights contained in the lower back, and a pair of mild weights contained in the climate so according to danger a 2g, 20g, 20g, 2g. to have a decrease traj., have a heavy weight, then 2 mild weights, then yet another mild weight on the exterior. so according to danger: 20g, 2g,2g,20g. confident I even have attempted after industry weights, and the positioning seems legitimate. I even have attempted them for yet another motive force and that they labored advantageous. sturdy success.
