How to start "Oxford Dictionary Advance - 7th Edition"?

"I have Oxford Dictionary Advance - 7th Edition install in PIV 2.0 128 MB RAM 40 GB HDD but i am start it, show error "please insert oxford dictionary CD", after this message I enter Oxford CD into my CD-RW Drive and start dictionary it show same message again, please suggest me.

I would assume, like most dictionaries, it should start with "A".
