It could mean a lot of things. Normally pregnant dogs do eat until they are just ready to have the puppies. If she isnt feeling well she wants love and attention. GO to the vet.

Take her to the vet. Loss of apetite and sleeping excessively sounds like sickness more than pregnancy. While you're at the vet, get her spayed. Your dog does not need to be having puppies. I know they're cute and fun, but the world is already overpopulated with dogs and cats and ever litter makes a difference.
Talk to the vet about a low cost clinic if money is an issue, but I think your dog will be happier and healthier if she's spayed.

She sounds very sad & bored. Do you walk her ? Or go out side to play? or even one on one play inside. Is there a new pet in the household? Possibly her food is not very good to her. Some lower cost brands have more filler which means less protein & nutrients.

well it could be that shes sick. ask you vetrinarian and ask what might make her seem like shes pregnant. I would think that if she didn't eat her food, she just might have gotten sick of it. I own a boarding kennel and a lot of people switch over to the food that we sell because the dogs like it more and eat it more.

No! None of the symptoms you described has anything to do with being pregnant!
Can't really give any answer without knowing her age, size, health status, routine, etc.

shes only preagnent if she starts to buldge on the sides. this happens anywhere from 2 to 6 months. if she hasnt started the "pms" you might want to think about getting doggie dipers or getting her fixed
