cardio is the key workout for boxing.....running, jumping rope, biking...stuff like that..

Squats, push-up, chin ups. However stamina is probably the most important thing. people dont realize how exhausting just one round is.

i would say a good free weight work out combined with swimming, elptical or stair master.

you need to use your tools. find a good blk fighter for skill,a good mexican fighter for pressure,a good puerto rician fighter for flash and a good white promoter and you will be unstoppable and that's the truth!
