I have the same problem. Do or have you worked nights? But I am also a diabetic so I take and put the veggies I like in a container and have a sandwich made and have a bag of popcorn set out. I can eat all the veggies I want and only the sandwich and up to 3 cups of popcorn. I don't eat breakfast (it makes me sick to eat early in the a.m.) and eat only when I am hungry, not because the food is fixed. I have went from almost 400 lbs. to about 175 in about 1 1/2 years.

Do your best to eat through the day. If you have nighttime hunger thats for real, eat fruit. Maybe you should just deal with it. If you have a strong bladder, maybe u should just fill up on water. Good luck!

ah positive mantras. pretend the gremlin in you will come out if you eat after midnight. water is good but really dont eat less then 3 hours before your going to hit the hay....Your metabolism slows while your asleep. Eating too much makes your digestive system grow with the flow.....Let your stomach shrink by avoiding large meals... eat less more often

I used to be the same way. I just forced myself to eat breakfast. It was hard at first, because my body didnt wanna eat, but i got used to it quick. Eating breakfast revved up my metabolism, so I got hungry a few hours later...pretty soon I ate throughout the day.
I read that it doesnt really matter WHEN you eat, its WHAT you eat. so if your still hungry at night, its ok, just try eating something nutritious.

Here is a tip (my friend's mother used to do this): Mix a boulon cube, like beef or chicken, into a nice hot cup of water. Let it mix well and then slowly drink it. She says this helps fill the void. LoL
