If a fighter holds a title for 6 to 7 years and has actively been defending it I would say he is a pretty good boxer.

Don't know if I understand your question. Obviously English is a problem for you. If you meant to ask, "how many years should a champion hold on to his title?", then I'd have to say it depends. The main factor is AGE--how old is said champion when he wins the title. Ideally I'd say that 6 years in the limelight is a good run, and certainly more than enough time that should be spent glorifying the modern bums of the heavyweight division.

Look up the reign of Louis, Dempsey or Holmes I think they held the title for years that would be a start to answering this question.

As long as it takes! As long as he holds on to the belt and not lose! It could be months or years.

Different fighters have held their titles for different amounts of time.

Did you mean how long did they hold it, or how many times did they defend it??

About 3 years...it'll show how dominant he was as a champion.
