Does it actually make the hair grow? Has anyone used it or know of anyone who has used it?

LOL! I didn't think so. They come out with all these products and just because the label has on it what we're looking for we go out an buy it, but it doesn't work. They don't care because they still profit from it just because we bought it. Thanks
