What is the deadline to turn in applications for Rotary club in Missouri to be an exchange student?

I already turned them in....like in November of 2006 ...was there a deadline and if so when was it? I live in Missouri and the rotary district here is 6060.

I found their home page [ http://www.rotary6060.org/ ] and looked at their exchange program but didn't see when the applications had to be filed. Call them or send them e-mail. Good luck!
