I know the conditions for compassionate assighment. But, does anyone have website links to how to go about puttin gin for a compassionate assighment due to lost.

Due to lost what?
You need to get a hold of your Unit Chaplain to get the ball rolling. BUT even before that, you need LOTS of Documentation from all the Dr's involved. Then, those goes to the Chaplain, who will write a letter...that goes on up the Chain.
Beware, just because you have all your i's dotted and t's crossed, it is NOT guaranteed...
