Quickly I mean not years. I lost 45 pounds as a young adult on weight watchers and keep it off. It was lost quickly and safely.

I have to agree with Michelle. Breastfeeding helps to really take off that baby weight fast. And it is the healthiest option for your baby. Besides that just make sure you cut down your meal portions back to what you were eating pre-pregnancy, a lot of women make the mistake of still eating for two. And exercise. They have classes in many areas for moms and newborns. You basically use the baby in your exercise routine, so you get to bond and play while getting fit. They have DVDs of this also if you either don't have the time or can't afford to actually go to the classes. Being you are having your baby in the spring you can always put him/her in the stroller and go for long walks.... any activity is good.
Congratulations on the new little one.

Breastfeeding is a good start, but it's far from being a perfect solution. Take time now to build effective and healthy habits. Of course don't wear yourself out, but do moderate exercise each day, even if it's just walking a couple blocks. This can be followed up with pushing the stroller around the block.
After the baby is born, gradually work back into the "schedule" of three balanced meals a day with low-calorie snacks in between. Do not try to cut back any further than that, otherwise your body will kick into a sort of survival mode.

Weight Watchers! They have very recently modified it online so that you can breastfeed and lose weight at the same time. I have lost all my baby weight (within 8 weeks--28 lb) and then some (but the then some has taken awhile because I haven't followed the plan very well)
And exercise. You will lose all the weight and still be at least 1 jean size bigger unless you exercise too. Take the baby in the stroller and walk around the park. That's what I did.
Good luck!

Breastfeeding really helps you lose your 'baby tummy'. If Weight Watchers worked for you before, maybe try that again. Have fun with your little ones!

when you are pregnant you should do alot of swimming because when your baby is born working out should be nothing to you, because you already have the extra weight off of you so it should be easier for you , and try to not eat 3 too 4 hours before you go to bed after your done given birth..
