If you are trying to change your identity due to starting over in life because of crime, credit card problems, people running after you, etc... you can do it yourself. once you change your identity, you can not tell your friends or family members where you are because people do talk and someone will eventually track you down. you are basically getting a 2nd chance in life and you are really starting over. * Police Station
* Your school's Principle's Office
* City Hall (ask for the mayor or state attorney and state reason)
