Nah... I'd say you're weight is normal for your height. I know this guy that is like 6 feet tall (only 3 inches taller than you) and he weighs 190 lbs. and he looks skinny. Everyone always tells him that. I don't think the number you weigh is accurate on whether you can look overweight or not. If you feel you are overweight and want to lose weight, just try working out, eating balanced meals and taking your vitamins daily. But on a number basis, you are definitely not overweight.

YOu didn't say if you are large or medium "frame".
Just basically, you seem to be about right for what is ideal for your height. depending on your frame (bonesize: Small, Medium or Large). If you're drinking sodapops, STOP. If you're eating lots of fast foods, STOP. and keep your activity levels up; at 16 years old, you should be VERY active. Also, be sure you're drinking a gallon of water every day---and be sure you're getting 8 hours of sleep every day/night. The correct amount of sleep is vitally important to weight loss; and so is the correct intake of water. So, make sure you're habits are forming NOW...because you'll carry them with you for LIFE. (& don't forget to get some cardio (like swimming, running, or walking) 3 times a week, and do your stretches every day!. If you're weight lifting, be sure to skip one day between work-outs, so you don't injure yourself.
& see a doctor to back these resolves up...and to find out how your present health would figure into doing these---and to find out how much you should weigh ....and how much you need to lose, based on your frame-size.
Don't be too hard on yourself---give yourself permission to "BE". (who & what you ARE).

That all depends on your body frame and how much muscle you have. Some peoples frames are larger even at the same height as someone else and can carry more mass. Healthy levels of bodyfat %'s are 10-20% in males under 25 I believe.

The only way anyone can tell with that information is by calculating your BMI. Which is 21.

Normal weight BMI is considered: 18.5-24.9

So I doubt you're overweight :)
