where can i take a girl on a date and spend the least amount of money, am kinda on a buget

take her on an indoor picnic. Clear out a spot in a room and set it up with some candles and a blanket. You can put some plants around too if you have any. Cook her a nice dinner. When she comes over make her close her eyes and then show her to the picnic and then tell her to open her eyes and trust me she will love it. You can have some nice music playing too if you want. Take her for a walk somewhere scenic, where you can spend some time talking. (If it's cold out, make sure you've both got enough gloves/scarves/etc. to keep from freezing.) Then you could warm up somewhere with a cup of hot chocolate - find somewhere cheap.
The best dates are simple and creative, where you can actually spend some time together - money isn't necessary. (And if she's a good match for you, she'll appreciate just spending time with you and won't even notice how much or little you spend.)
