On tv, I see old couples being together, still holding hands and kissing. But like on reality, all I saw were quarrelings and divorces. This led me to feel that love does not last forever. And, is there a destined true love for everybody?

All is up to you my friend..u can choose to believe tt love can be everlasting..but i believe your life or even anybody life is not so dramatic like those shows we saw on television..believe in urself and believe e love u shared wif him/her..for me i truly believed tt true love exist and of cos i believe love can b everlasting..i once read be4 a true news..i can't forget wad position e man held in singapore be4..but was quite high..nw he had passed away..newspaper report tt he is truly a wonderful leader and a a gd who loved his wife..His wife passed away before him..and as yr goes by..his memories falls..wad he did nt to forget his wife is by writing on every photo fram of his to remind him so tt he wun forget his wife..and i believe tt love is everlasting..even both of them had passed away..but i believe the bond and the love is everlastin when they depart...

Well love can last forever but how many of us can really find our love that last forever with so much temptation around us. If we make one mistakes, the marriage will usually either end in quarrelling or divorces. It is very diffcult to find a everlasting love nowadays

Love is something that has to be worked on night and day, everyone has to work hard to keep a marriage together,, there are good days and bad days, and you have to work hard to get thru the bad times.. if the love is true you will get thru the bad times.. believe me, I have been married 31 years now, and it has not been easy, but does get easier with time.. Just stay true to each other and do not stray from one another, an affair never does any one any good, and it hurts many people, so just don't do it.. you have everything you need at home... believe me !! good luck..

I don't believe in love that lasts for eternity. I mean, it sounds lovely and I wish it could hold true like the tv shows depict them to be, but I'm not sold on it.

Love has to be pure in order for it to last forever. Haven't you ever seen those old couples who have been together for like 60 years. That's the sh*t!

Everlasting love will be there if both parties keep their vows and maintain the relationship, there are no fairies around so no fairy tales exist !

Mature love is something you have to work at. It's not something that just continues to happen with no effort. I don't believe we are destined to have a true love.

I married the love of my life twenty years ago. Due to tragedy and other extenuating circumstances we divorced. All these years later I still sometimes dream about him and I will go to my grave loving him.

well, it depends on your partner. ther is such thing as everlasting love, but its its hard. everlasting love doesnt mean no fights watsoever. it means that even if u do fight with them, u both will find a way through and survive it together. ther is such thing as everlasting love, its very special
