I would say Pacquiao is the most fearsome puncher around today and not many people in the Super featherweight division would want to get in the ring with him right now, so i would have to say he is the most feared fighter at the moment.
Other fighters who i think are feared in their own retrospective divisions would be Hatton at Light-Welter, JMM at feather, Ponce-De-Leon at Super-Bantam, Marquez at Bantam. All great fighters with Heavy Hands but just not as hard hitting as the Pacman.

Paul Williams as a welter weight, then Ricky Hatton as a junior welter weight, both of which Floyd merriweather has been ducking for a ling time. He has also ducked kosta tyzo and would only fight zab judah when he saw him lose to slow poke carlos baldimeire.
In the heavy weights I would go with Waldemier kiltchko then Samuel Peters.

It doesn't matter. They're all a bunch of over-paid, overgrown bums. To all those who believe size is everything in boxing, I refer to the late great Max Baer. Half the size of Carnera, he massacred the "Ambling Alp." Don't forget Dempsey's butchery of Jess Willard--a fight that amazed spectators and ushered in the modern age of sports (July 4, 1919).

Probably Antonio Margarito it seems nobody want s to fight him. Also Pretty boy Floy Maywheather is also feared but for some reason i cant stand the guy.
