i would like to shrink it a little so i dont eat as much?

exercise and dont eat such big portions during lunch and dinner. breakfast is the most important meal... never skip that too... hope it works... and eat lots of fruits and veggies!

Dont eat to be full. You will start eating less and less until you find you reach a good balance. Also try spreading out what you eat over the day instead of over eating during the big three meals.

dont eat big meals...eat small meals but more often...use a smaller plate so it looks like theres more food on your plate (trick you mind)...every day for a week...eat less at dinner time and lunchtime....eat apples..they fill you up..and in a couple of weeks your stomach will shrink and not expect all the food that you WERE eating

dont eat anything and it will shrink,then eat very little to keep it shrunk

there is a special operation that you can get, where the doctor puts a thing around your stomach that makes you feel full quicker and stop eating. see your doctor about it. It is called lapband surgery
