I find that if you constantly think it you will blurt it. I practiced saying "sorry" in my mind constantly because I never use to say it. The same with thank you and then one day it started to be blurted out when I should have been saying it all along. Try to always place positive thoughts in your mind and play out situations in your head so you can be somewhat prepared before they happen.

Think to yourself "If I were to see a woman and wonder if she were pregnant what would I say?" Then find the best answer and think it over and over. I don't suggest you say anything about a woman being due or anything let it be confirmed before saying anything. Good luck!

That's a toughie! I suppose it depends on just what you blurt. I recommend that you try to find a pattern in the comments you think are inappropriate. Is there a particular trigger that always happens to precede the blurting? If so, you can be especially aware of that trigger.

It is controllable. Think about it- would you blurt "eff you" to a cop? I wouldn't! But I would shout it at a stranger who cuts me off! You got to learn to be more concious about it.

Count to 10 before you respond. This will give you time to think before opening your mouth and inserting your foot!

Use this formula..............

No negative comments
Talk when talked to
When you are with a friend or friends, allow them to talk, don't hog the conversation or shall I say don't hold a monologue.
Don't enjoy listening to your own voice too much, others don't.
