Neither the Maya predict anything around the time of Christ's birth, nor Christ knew that there was a civilisation called Maya in the past which was far more advanced compared to the jews in israel.

I'm not sure about the Mayans specifically and historically, but saying that Jesus didn't know about them is calling the Son of God ignorant. Why would he save those around Israel that believed him, yet ignore everyone else? Below is a Link talking about the Aztecs and their possible relation to Christ. If te Aztecs had such a relation it's quite possible the Mayans did too since their cultures were very similar and were only separated by time.
