I'm going on a first date Saturday afternoon with a guy I've been talking to. We live about 2 hours or so apart so we're meeting in the middle. I don't have a date for New Years Eve even though I do have plans with friends that I am going to do regardless if I have a date or not. But, if things go well on Saturday with this guy, would it be appropriate to ask him if he wanted to accompany me on New Years Eve or would it be too much too soon?

This is a tricky situation, normally I would say give it a little more time. It might be too much too soon, you don't want to come on too strong. But it is New Year's Eve, so you could ask if he has plans. It kinda depends on how the date goes.

Well, focus on the date for Saturday!!! Have fun and go with the flow..coyly ask him what his plans are for New Year's Eve and based on his answer GO FOR IT!!! Then again, he may have made plans with friends already.

My best advise to you is Don't even mention New Year's Eve. Give your selves time to get to know each other first before you spend time on such a memorable night. Play it cool girl! Good luck!

It depends on whether you are going with a group of girls or a group of mostly couples. I'd say if it's mostly single girls, it might end up being kind of awkward--you'd feel like you had to entertain him and wouldn't be able to let loose with your girlfriends. On the other hand, if it's more couples, it would be nice for you to have a date.

I think it would be good to ask him because if y'all click and have fun together why not ask him to go out on New Years Eve. Good Luck!

If you have been talking for a while you should know him a little more by now. I would ask him if everything goes well just start by asking what would he be doing then you never know he may be asking you.

Go ahead and try it. He might just say yes. Don't be too disappointed if he already has plans though.

Good Luck on your date.

i exceptionally lots believe soph, definitely dont leap too conclusions. whilst i replaced into approximately 19 i dated a woman, we spent time and talked all of the time. sometime i attempted to call her and she or he didnt %. up, in no way called returned. i called a 2d time comparable deal. next day i called her a pair situations... no longer something nicely i didnt like being omitted plus i jumped to conclusions and assumed she replaced into with somebody else and that i went to subway the place she worked on the time and instructed her to return over after paintings and %. up her stuff. she got here around and that i broke up along with her, then she confirmed me this massive rash she have been given on her leg that regarded particularly undesirable. seems she replaced into in the wellbeing midsection all day because of the fact of it and she or he lost her telephone on the wellbeing midsection. i felt like a dick and tried to make it precise yet she didnt decide directly to be with me after that. it replaced right into a lesson discovered..
