Yeah, these words are spanish. Means:
Amigos -> Friends, but if you want to say friends all female we say Amigas.
Chicas -> Girls
Pasen -> Come/Enter, we use this word for different contexts like the pass of time or people.
Cariño -> honey, darling
Amigas -> friends
Novio -> boyfriend

Chicas- An informal way to say Girls (Proper word is Muchachas)
Pasen- You people Come in (This is a plural imperative. It does not have the subject because Spanish allows you to omit it in some situations. For example in English you say; Go. not You go)

Carino= I don't know if you are talking about carino with the squiggly thing on top of the N cuz if you are that means affection or if your saying it to a guy it would mean love
