Yes, it does help with your highlights but be careful not to overdo it because it can dry out your hair.

For one, lemon juice is contains alot of acid, why would you want to put it on your hair?

Peroxide works, but it will dry your hair majorly.

If you want high lights why not get it done professionally and that way you know it'll turn out nice.

If you use lemon juice or peroxide it will turn your hair an ugly dull red-orange (not pretty at all !!!!!!)

Also, if the results of lemon juice or peroxide were good don't you think everyone would be doing it?

I have dark blonde hair and when I used lemon juice, I found that my hair turned more of a yellow than a lighter blonde. I have used some products in the past that I bought at Walgreens and CVS Pharmacy which I would recommend more.

Yes it does.
1)Put lemon juice eveywhere you want the highlights
2) Go to a sunny area/tanning bed(If you sit in a sunny area, sit there for at least 1 hour)
3) Come out and enjoy!!!!!
GOOD LUCK!!!!!!!!!!!

lemon juice damages your hair. use chamomile tea in a spritz bottle and spray it in your hair. sit in sun for 2 hrs each day. it helps.

I tried this along with peroxide when I was younger, and it does work a little bit. I think it really depends on what color your hair is, and it's just very subtle.

Please heed my advice. Don't do it! It's not worth damaging your hair. If you want highlights, pay a professional to do it in a salon.
