It depends on what type of loan you're looking for. I'm assuming you want to go to college in the U.S. (I apologize if I'm reading your question wrong.)

Many of the major banks in the U.S. will only offer a private education loan to an international student if they have a creditworthy co-signer who is a U.S. citizen or permanent resident.

There are some exceptions though...

The International Education Finance Corporation offers private loans to international students coming to the United States for a college education. It's called the "International Student Loan Program."

There is also the Global Student Loan Corporation (which does not require a U.S. citizen/national to co-sign your loan).
